Swift Timber Homes delivered a great job at our Orchard Gap development. The team at Swift were very pro-active and easy to work with ensuring the timber frames were delivered to site and erected on time and to the cost quoted.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Swift Timber Homes Ltd and look forward to working with them in the future.

I worked with Swift Timber Homes in developing a double stud timber frame and I-beam roof structure in order to build County Durham’s first Band A passive house in Upper Weardale. The stone-clad, detached cottage is in a Conservation Area and an AONB and the finished building has a SAP Energy Rating of 97, an air-tightness level of 0.59 @ 50Pa and has is winner of the Best New Home in the 2014 Northern LABC Awards. This excellent, energy-saving performance is due in no small part to the workmanship achieved by Swift Timber Homes in the manufacture and erection of the timber frame

Swift Timber Homes supplied and erected a timber frame for my self-build. I was extremely satisfied with their service throughout the entire project. The frame was delivered and erected on time and I would have no hesitation in using Swift Timber Homes for my next project.

I have worked with Swift Timber Homes on various projects throughout the years ranging from one-off bespoke houses and bungalows to multi storey apartment blocks. They provide an excellent service in terms of interaction in the design process, site co-ordination and quality of the end product.
The team is great to deal with in terms of initial budget costs, value-engineering and accurate tendering which is reflected in the final account. The company has the attitude that the customer comes first.
